STAFF TRAINING:

We offer bespoke training for professionals that work with young people such as in Youth Work, Social Care and Education Staff. Our work is tailored to meet the needs of the organisation or work setting and can be delivered in-house or as part of a providing open training events for staff to come along to from across agencies. This has included action planning for change, developing policies and practice, behaviour competency development.

WORK WITH YOUNG PEOPLE:

We facilitate workshops in school's and youth work settings around LGBT prejudice and discrimination and changing behaviour and attitudes with-in a human rights framework. All our training is participatory, and encourages and supports the young people that attend to make positive changes in their school or youth work setting.

TRAINING FOR LGBT YOUTH GROUPS:

We also offer Training for LGB groups to include Trans young people in their work.

We believe in the work we do and always aim to provide it at a reduced cost without compromising on quality.

QUALITY STANDARDS:

Quality Standards have been developed that will are available for organisations to measure how accessible it is for LGBT young people to access and feel included with-in services .
